telenovela What does it take to be a Telenovela Expert? I read an article about a new advertising campaign on Univision and Telefutura , but what stood out to me was that the company producing the commercials approached “the telenovela experts at Univision, which produced the ad at Los Angeles flagship KMEX.”

What I want to know is what does it take to become a telenovela expert? I bet there are a lot of Latinos who would apply for that job. I wonder if they looking for additional experts? What exactly does a telenovela experts do all day…sounds like a pretty relaxed job.

Young Hispanic men watch telenovles and also eat fast food more than anybody else, according to the article. If you live in California, Arizona or Texas and you’re a guy, Carl’s Jr. is hoping you noticed new commercials because they are targeting you with mininovela commercials called “Deseos.” It looks like a telenovela, but really it’s just a commercial.

Since the ads aren’t’ nationwide, if you live in one of those states, let us know what you think. Are they lame or do you like them? I checked YouTube, but didn’t seem them anywhere yet.
