UPDATE: The Miami Dolphins wasted little time in cutting ties with Chad Johnson Sunday, releasing him just hours after he walked out of the Broward Country (Florida) Jail, a team source tells the Miami Herald.

VH1 Basketball Wife Evelyn Lozada was in an alleged domestic dispute with her husband of one month, Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, who was arrested Saturday on domestic violence charge and released from jail Sunday.

Reports say the dispute occurred after Evelyn confronted Johnson after finding a receipt for a box of condoms. Johnson allegedly head-butted Lozada in front of their home outside Miami.

Viewers of VH1′s Basketball Wives Miami are familiar with Evelyn getting violent with her fellow cast mates, throwing bottles, climbing over tables and making threats. The couple have been married for only a few weeks with the wedding ceremony taking place last month on July 4.

Before marrying Johnson, rumors were passed around about his infidelity in their relationship. Still, this didn’t keep Evelyn from pursuing the marriage.

It is not known if this will be on the show Basketball Wives or her show with her husband, Ev And Ocho, which premieres September 3 on VH1.
