Recipe: Lorena Garcia's Cuban Sandwich
Who doesn’t love a good Cuban Sandwich! Fortunately, we have Sophie’s in New York, which is a great place for Cuban food. If you’re in the mood to make your own sandwich, we have a recipe to check out.
‘Top Chef Masters’ contestant, Lorena Garcia showed Wendy Williams on Friday how to make her variation of the Cuban sandwich and we have the recipe for you.

Lorena‘s recipe:
Yield: 1 Sandwich
1 Hoagie Roll
3-4 Turkey Slices
2-3 Fresh Pork Slices
2 Provolone Cheese Slices
A layer of Pickles
1 tablespoon Cilantro Mustard spread (see recipe below)
Cilantro Mustard Spread
1/3 Cup plus 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
