Colombian Education Fund Gala to Raise Money to Support Education

The Colombian Education Fund’s (ColEF) first-ever fundraising gala is this Friday, November 15th at the CUNY-Graduate Center in Manhattan.
The event is titled “An Appointment with the Future” and provides an opportunity for the Colombian/Latino community to gather around education. The festivities kick off Friday night

Juanita Ayala -Vice President of Community Investment (United Way of NYC) will be recognized with the “Transforming Lives” award for her great work with the community.
The Colombian Education Fund (ColEF) was created on March 2013 by a group of social entrepreneurs, academics, businesses and community leaders, with the support of the Colombian government, represented by the Colombian consulate in New York.
