The Mexican Joya

Once I heard Mexico City was a sculpture ready to be admired, a museum free of walls and ridiculously expensive fares. I thought it was a interesting statement but one I didn’t fully understand until later on when I had to come back after having lived far away for a long time.
I must admit [...]

Drug possesion now LEGAL in Mexico

This is something to really talk about. It is and always will be a very controversial issue, many support it and approve it, and many do not.

Hatred for Hispanics continues in New York

Sound familiar? It should because it’s barely been nine months since a group of teenagers stabbed Ecuadorean immigrant Marcelo Lucero to death. His case is still in court.
One of the men allegedly struck the victim in the face and knocked him to the ground, according to police and they stole cash and other personal items [...]

Mexico’s win on the field is an economic win, tambien

What does Mexico’s win against the U.S. mean for their economy? It means mucho mucho mucho!
If Mexico had lost today’s game, it would have reduced ratings during the tournament by 30 percent for Televisa, the world’s largest Spanish-language broadcaster, cutting advertising sales by $16.5 million, or 12 percent of the company’s total estimated growth in [...]

Sabes which state has the highest Hispanic unemployment?

It’s not California, it´s not  Texas,  and it´s not Florida.
